- Keeping an eye on sourcing activities
- Oversight and management of Building Upkeep Services Unit primarily of common areas of the building.
- Management of vendor personnel for assigned units.
- Manage training that includes assessing training needs of staff, and developing and coordinating programs to meet unit needs.
- Develop Work Plans and implement the same
- Organize and provide appropriate coordination for employee relations’ issues & statutory compliances.
- Plans, schedules, inspect work, and assigns work to subordinate supervisors and/or teams.
- May supervise shift workers and inspect.
- Applies knowledge of administration of program, resources, and staff.
- Demonstrate ability to manage others and to communicate effectively.
- Develops, interprets, and applies policies.
- Reviews programs/ processes for effectiveness.
- Brief all staff regarding their duties, designated areas and special instructions if any.
- Prepare and implement various checklists, at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.
- De-brief all supervised staff at the end of each shift.
- Monitor that the staff is cleaning in the required manner in order to ensure that the surfaces are maintained in the best possible way and to enhance their longevity.
- Ensure discipline, proper attire and etiquette in the staff under them.
- Ensure that janitor closets and storage areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
- To ensure the Cleaning as per the standards
- Maintain the SOP and checklist as per standards.
- Keeping a safety Track of BMU.
- Keepimg track of Façade cleaning and ensuring safety.
