- support the AML TM Product Owners and Crew Leads to develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
- ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from a technical and non-functional requirement including compliance with Minimum Enterprise Requirements, production stability, performance, maintainability, etc.)
- support the implementation of other product changes as required iteratively together with team members in the pod and colleagues from other Crews and Technology Services teams
- be data driven, help stakeholders with insightful data analysis on Transactions and trade data domains
- work hand in hand with stakeholders including internal/external auditors, Financial Crimes Prevention, Models& Methodology team to lead the technology change and resolve impediments
- support the pod objective and key results and to meet overall business goals including ensuring regulatory compliance and improving the overall product health by remediation of technical debt
- act as product manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to engineers

GCRG CDIO is responsible for enabling Compliance and Operational Risk Control and 2nd line of defense to prevent and combat financial crime, misconduct, and other illicit behavior.The role sits within GCRG CDIO Product Management Chapter will work directly in the AML Transaction Monitoring Crew with Pod members who are located across the globe in Singapore, UK, Switzerland, and the US.Diversity helps us grow, together. - ideally 4-6 years' experience in a business analyst / project management or product management role working in technology or software change projects ideally with some experience of working in a financial services environment
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening, communication and presentation skills and the ability to build networks and partnerships at all levels within the organization
- strong ability to prioritize and multi-task, experience with Agile Way of Working, good understanding of swift/ACH transactions, financial instruments, and trade life cycle
- excellent understanding of Actimize SAM or similar product implementation and support, preferably, adept at slicing and dicing the data using basic queries
- good understanding of operational processes within the Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention area preferably would be very beneficial
