Training FacilitatorThe Opportunity:As a trainer, you’re passionate about developing differentiated instruction and delivering it in exciting ways. Bring your passion for developing and delivering a diverse group of training programs to our military team.As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide in-person and hybrid instruction for our government partners through live instruction. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including tools, systems, sites, and customer supporting.Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, influencing, technology, intuition, leadership experience to develop, manage, and deliver training using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Design Thinking, ADDIE model, or Merrill’s Principles of Instruction process to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.Use training materials, resources, media, technology, delivery, and inclusion of audience to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. We value the skills you bring to ensure we’re delivering the best quality of instruction.You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience with the US Army
  • 4+ years of experience leading training
  • 4+ years of developing exercises
  • 4+ years of delivering exercise support
  • Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree
Nice If You Have
  • Experience with Battle Staff and training Warfighting Functions
  • Experience with deployments in OIF, OEF, OND or OIR
  • Experience with CEMA
  • Experience with the Army National Guard
  • Experience as Observer/Controller (OC)
  • Experience with military exercise design, delivery, and conducting After Action Review (AAR)
  • Experience in training exercise operational support
  • Experience with MDO/LSCO
  • Experience in Counter-Explosive Hazard (C-EH) training
  • Experience in C-UAS training

The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
