You also have a Bachelor's Degree in Network Administration and/or Computer ScienceTechnical Savvy: You have a proven track record in network administration, with a deep understanding of networking principles and technologies from 5+ years of experience in network systems administration that includes experience with:
- Cisco products like routers, Core switches, switches, phone systems, and wireless technologies. (Configuring, implementing, troubleshooting)
- Security-related tools, firewalls, and data backup solutions (Fortinet, Veeam, NDR, SIEM)
- Supporting enterprise-level operational environments (alerting, troubleshooting, procedure creation, documentation, etc.)
- Maintaining complex enterprise network infrastructures.
- Support and configuring endpoint security products (CrowdStrike, KnowBe4, etc.)
- Ability to work with vendor sales staff when acquiring new products and the ability to work with vendor technical support staff when resolving problems
- Currently reside within a reasonable commute to St. Joseph, MI or willing to relocate upon hire.
- Authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
