- General Administration of Personnel:
- Ensure HR records are kept up-to-date and provide the first level of HR support to employees
- Ensure the welcome process of new hires and prepare all administration with regards to new joiners/leavers (contract management, compulsory formalities etc…)
- Provide training and support to HR tools users (Time Management tool, Goals & Performance tool…)
- Provide statistics, reporting and analyses upon request to the HR Manager
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of company safety and health programs
- Assist in special and ad-hoc projects related to department activities
- Recruitment: handling and screening all new applications daily. Following up with candidates: arranging interviews, keeping up to date and accurate records of the progress of applications, responding to queries etc..
- Training and Development: schedule training sessions, track participants and training records, and maintain a training database. Preparation of co-funding application folder
- Performance Management: assist all staff with queries relating to annual performance management process
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree in Human Resources
- A minimum of three years’ experience in an operational Human Resources position, preferably gained in Luxembourg in a commercial or industrial environment
- Fluency in French and German with a good command of English.
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg Labour working legislation (Labour Law, Social Security)
- Excellent command of Microsoft package (especially Excel)
- Ability to work in a team and to work autonomously
- Must have demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
