Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager at MAXX MACHINERY LLP. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with customers in the apparel and non-apparel industries. The day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, providing product recommendations, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will be primarily located in Bengaluru North, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in account management or sales Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Experience in the apparel or non-apparel industry is a plus
