Job Summary
  • The Certified Nurse Assistant is accountable for providing our residents with quality care in home environment, with resident-directed care.
  • A sincere desire to provide the highest quality of daily care to develop meaningful relationships with our elderly residents.
  • This is done in accordance with our policies, procedures, and the state and federal guidelines.
  • Supports the facility's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
  • Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
  • Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
  • Must obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Med Aide certification required if eligible. High School Diploma or GED required for Med Aide
  • BLS Certification Preferred.
Work Schedule
  • Night shifts, 5:30pm-6:00am, every third weekend, every third holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
  • $18.25 - $24.00 per hour
