- Oversee all store operations, including managing images, products, employees, and customer service, following the store's commercial strategy.
- Supervise staff, store operations, and the environment to meet sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals.
- Monitor and manage store inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment and returns.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to store management.
- Encourage and motivate staff to help the store meet its monthly sales targets.
- Implement sales events and promotions according to the sales plan.
- Guide and train new employees according to company policies, including training in sales skills and customer communication.
- Maintain staff performance by leading, coaching, training, motivating, counseling, and disciplining employees, and monitoring their job results for improvement.
- Collaborate with management and HR on staff attendance, planning, recruitment, training, evaluation, and other personnel actions.
- Organize and manage the duty roster effectively, ensure regular attendance and punctuality, especially during peak seasons and holidays, and handle staff discipline.
- Submit monthly store expenses, sales performance, and other reports to the Finance Department for payment processing.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
- University degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail customer service industries, such as fashion retail, supermarkets, hospitality, or food and beverage.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English or Chinese.
- Strong self-management, open-mindedness, hard-working attitude, and good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure, self-motivation, and willingness to work in shifts.
- Morning shift: 9AM - 5.30PM
- Noon shift: 1.30PM - 10PM
- Day off: 1 day/week

- Salary: Basic salary 13,000,000 - 15,000,000 gross + Monthly Commissions (Không nego lương base nhưng incentive khá tốt)
- Year-end bonus, Performance review from once/year
- Paid Social Insurance based on full salary.
- 12 days annual leaves per year
- Độ tuổi: <32 tuổi (maximum sinh năm 1992)
- Lead khoảng 6 - 8 bạn tùy từng thời điểm (Size store trên 200m2, dưới 250m2)
- Report trực tiếp cho Area Manager người Việt và 1 tháng sẽ có Operation Manager hoặc cấp cao hơn ở Headquarters (Trung Quốc)
- Được chọn ca làm việc và , và cửa hàng trưởng sẽ phải sắp xếp ca làm cho các bạn nhân viên trong cửa hàng.
- Có thể tìm thêm những ứng viên ở brand lớn mà ở vị trí Sup,ASM, Teamleader cũng được, không nhất thiết phải là ứng viên phải từng làm SM
- Hiring process: 1-2 round (tùy tình hình): Area Manager và Operation Manager
