You can build your future here!We are searching for a PARTS COUNTER RECEPTIONIST to join our growing operations at our Reserve, Louisiana location.YOUThe Parts Counter Receptionist reports directly to the branch Parts Manager and provides the highest level of customer service to visitors, customers, and other employees. This person will have a friendly but professional demeanor. The primary focus of the position is to greet walk-in customers, answer the phone, and direct calls. The Parts Counter Receptionist will be seated at the parts counter and will have the knowledge and ability to assist the Parts Counter Sales team when necessary.YOUR CONTRIBUTION
  • Provide a pleasant and professional greeting to customers as they enter the branch.
  • Professionally and efficiently answer phone calls to the branch and direct/transfer calls as required.
  • Ensure that walk-in and telephone customers are receiving quality customer service.
  • Assist the Parts Counter Sales team as needed.
  • Regularly clean and disinfect counters, door handles, and other commonly touched surfaces
  • Responsible for keeping the coffee service area clean and well stocked.
  • Promote a GREAT+ customer experience.
  • Demonstrate and promote Company core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Quality and Customer Service.

MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS
  • REQUIRED: High School Diploma
  • REQUIRED: 2+ years of relevant experience
  • REQUIRED: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • REQUIRED: Superior level of professionalism and outstanding communication and customer service skills
JOB FACTS
  • SCHEDULE: Full time. Monday Friday 8am-5pm some Saturdays 8am-12pm. This position will participate in the Branch's "On-Call" rotation. Specifics will be discussed during interview.
