- Provide a pleasant and professional greeting to customers as they enter the branch.
- Professionally and efficiently answer phone calls to the branch and direct/transfer calls as required.
- Ensure that walk-in and telephone customers are receiving quality customer service.
- Assist the Parts Counter Sales team as needed.
- Regularly clean and disinfect counters, door handles, and other commonly touched surfaces
- Responsible for keeping the coffee service area clean and well stocked.
- Promote a GREAT+ customer experience.
- Demonstrate and promote Company core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Quality and Customer Service.
- You will be the first point of contact for many customers at Louisiana Cat.
- You will provide administrative support to the Parts and Service departments.
- You will support a culture of professionalism and open interactive team communication with a focus on a sense of urgency.
- You will meet or exceed the customers' expectations as well as the company's initiatives and maintain Caterpillar's standards of excellence.
- REQUIRED: High School Diploma
- REQUIRED: 2+ years of relevant experience
- REQUIRED: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- REQUIRED: Superior level of professionalism and outstanding communication and customer service skills
- SCHEDULE: Full time. Monday Friday 8am-5pm some Saturdays 8am-12pm. This position will participate in the Branch's "On-Call" rotation. Specifics will be discussed during interview.
