This role is for night shift and fixed off Candidate should have Call handling experience. 3 - 8 years of experience in shipping & Logistics domain Experience on international voice process (Inbound & Outbound) Candidate should have experience on customer interaction. Must have experience in Ocean, SCM and freight forwarding Respond to customer enquiries, primarily via phones but also emails. Take ownership of customer issues and act as their advocate with internal stakeholders Target immediate and first-time resolution and create cases where not possible Identify improvement opportunities that positively impact customer experience and lower operational costs Identify root causes when customer expectations are not met, advise management of potential service failures and/or trends Always perform in a manner consistent with & loyal to the A.P. Moller Maersk values Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement Effective communication skill and interpersonal skill, be able to build good working relationship (internal and external) Experience in directly interacting with customers Organisational and Time management skills: multi-tasking and prioritising, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
