Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Telecaller at UpNest. As a Real Estate Telecaller, your day-to-day tasks will include making phone calls to potential clients, promoting properties, answering inquiries, and scheduling property visits. You will be responsible for maintaining a database of leads and following up with potential buyers. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate property information and benefits Strong sales and negotiation skills Confidence and persistence in making phone calls Good organization and time management skills Knowledge of real estate market and property buying process Proficiency in local language(s) and English Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
