1. Answering Calls:
- Professionally handle incoming calls from clients and vendors.
- Provide information about our plumbing services and address inquiries.
- Field leads generated from marketing channels such as online inquiries, phone calls, and email communications.
- Record and organize lead information for further follow-up.
- Assist in creating and maintaining organized documentation related to client interactions, service requests, and other relevant information.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for easy retrieval.
- Utilize the ServiceTitan computer program for managing appointments, scheduling, and customer information.
- Provide support in navigating and utilizing ServiceTitan functionalities effectively.
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer programs, with knowledge of ServiceTitan considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Background check required.
