- Develop and execute global and regional business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, both locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and human resources, to develop and implement effective business development initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and achievements.
- Travel occasionally to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Proven experience in global and/or regional business development, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and partners at various levels.
- In-depth knowledge of the executive search industry and business development best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
