  • Lead account programs, such as product launches, announcements, speaking/awards etc.
  • Develop informed and targeted media plans and campaigns
  • Drive media results through outreach and creative story ideation
  • Support in managing internal account teams and mentor junior staff
  • Produce written content
  • Develop and (in some cases) deliver client presentations - reporting, planning, etc.
Senior Account Manager Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism or similar area
  • At least 4 years client or agency PR/communications experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful media results
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and focus on setting and managing to a high bar
  • A creative mindset
  • Brilliant writing skills (we’ll want to see samples)
  • Experience or demonstrated readiness to supervise more junior staff
  • Self-starter work ethic
  • Must be based in the United States
