The Client is an Italian Group worldwide leader in the development and production of components in plastic material.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer with a strong background in KPI (Key Performance Indicator) monitoring. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes by implementing and managing KPIs, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to enhance overall efficiency and performance.Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Interpretation:Analyze real-time and historical data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Interpret KPI data to provide actionable insights that contribute to enhanced production performance.Continuous Improvement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.Implement changes and improvements based on KPI analysis and recommendations.Establish benchmarks and targets for KPIs based on industry standards and company goals.Technical Expertise:Utilize technical skills to design and implement monitoring systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to production monitoring and control.Reporting and Communication:Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing KPI performance, trends, and improvement initiatives.Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration and Teamwork:Work closely with production teams, maintenance, and quality assurance to align KPIs with overall business objectives.Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of monitoring systems.Indispensible Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a production engineering role, with a focus on KPI monitoring.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools using MS Excel (and programming languages).
  • Familiarity with production processes and a demonstrated ability to optimize workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to implement innovative solutions to improve production efficiency.
  • Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken, suitable for a multicultural work environment
Preferential Requirements
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools for data visualization and analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
