Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

- Work with the support of Project Coordinators for bidding and proposal preparation, project setup, logistics, resource and technical planning and execution, billing, and collections
- Undertake project management of surveys for infrastructure, transit, transportation and rail
- Supervise field crews both in the field and remotely from the office
- Supervise drafting as well as QA/QC staff in the creation of survey products
- Check and sign survey plans and reports
- Engage directly with private and public sector clients, related government agencies, and other stakeholders to determine and fulfill goals and requirements
- Be responsible for internal and external client relations and business development
- Work together with other TULLOCH business lines, to provide top level integrated services to our clients
- You have 10+ years of progressive experience working in land surveying, mapping, or Geospatial industries.
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in PA, (or other jurisdictions is an asset) with the ability to be licensed in other States
- You have an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of state-of-the-art land surveying equipment and techniques
- You have experience working effectively within cross-disciplinary teams
- You have an aptitude for business development and exercise independent judgment in alignment with business objectives
- You are able to travel and complete site inspections and fieldwork when necessary
- You are adaptable and can alter approach or recommendations to accomplish desired results
- You are trusted and provided freedom to work independently but also contribute to the overall team success
- You are someone who has experience with Mobile Scanning, LiDAR, Geospatial, Remote Sensing and or Imaging
- Must be authorized to work in the US and/or be a US Citizen
- Ability to travel with this position
