- You'll be part of a team led by six ORL Consultants and covering all major subspecialty areas
- In addition to experiencing ear, nose, and throat conditions and their management, there is the opportunity, through our high volume of head and neck skin cancer work, to become familiar with common modes of reconstruction, including local flaps and skin grafts
- A supportive learning environment through a high level of Consultant Supervision during clinics and operating theatre sessions
- Providing a good background in ENT - essential if you are considering applying for a position on the Surgical Training Scheme in ORLHNS
- registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. You can check your eligibility for registration by visiting the Council's website at
- a minimum of two years post qualification and possess a strong interest in ENT.
