- Collaborate with the strategic support group to facilitate business operations and long-term strategic planning.
- Schedule, plan, and execute events, including leader retreats, to foster team cohesion and alignment with company goals.
- Maintain confidentiality while partnering effectively with peers across all levels of the organization.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels and travel as needed to support the VP.
- Support utility operations to meet customer needs on a non-traditional schedule, balancing the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
- Adapt to emerging situations and thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
- Demonstrate articulate written and spoken communication skills and effective time management in a complex, evolving landscape.
