Job Description:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * General:
  • Effective management of Service Calls. Problem Reporting, Problem Research, Problem Diagnosis and Problem Resolution.
  • Effective review and monitoring of all AS400 applications to include AS400 hardware and operating system licenses.
  • Effective review and monitoring of all Microsoft OS servers.
  • In Depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Provide Maintenance of Personal Computers and associated computer equipment.
  • In conjunction with the Corporate and property IT manager provides expertise and implementation services on new software and hardware installations.
  • Participate in project management for Information Technology to include user communication, planning, design, implementation & support.
  • Self-motivated to acquire systems & applications knowledge.
  • Timely communicate all issues within span of control.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and team member information.
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts and work locations may change.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
  • Operating Principles: Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to: Clean - Keep all areas clean and pristine; Safe - Follow all safety policies and procedures; Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills of Family Style Service to provide superior guest service; Fun - Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
  • Tools and Technology: Use of computers, Microsoft office suite, Windows Servers, Micros System, casino tracking programs (SDS, CMS, DataStream, Simphony and Protobase), telephone and PBX system, voicemail, printer and fax
  • Licensure: Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 Slot/Cardroom/Pari-Mutuel Individual Combo Slot license. Must be at least 21 years of age. Three (3) years of tax returns required.
QUALIFICATIONS * Experience: An Associate's degree in a related field plus at least 2 years of experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Gaming experience is required.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations.
  • Skills: Give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times. Talking to others to convey information effectively. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Monitor/Assess performance of oneself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

A restaurant environment with varied noise levels, variable temperatures, wet areas, and smoke. A kitchen environment with a variety of workstations and storage areas, exposed to varied temperatures, smoke, steam, noise, and wet areas. May also work in a banquet/showroom environment with varied noise levels and temperatures, wet areas, and exposure to low-level lights. May occasionally be in an outdoor environment, exposed to varied weather conditions.
