Join us.The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.TikTok is looking for a senior experienced ad measurement operator to help drive and design upstream initiatives, support measurement marketing efforts with 3rd party partners, and coordinate ongoing initiatives within the North America Measurement team. This position requires a diverse background in media analytics, business analytics, project management and product marketing. In this role, you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across many functions including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing and Sales.We seek a highly-driven, empathetic person who is looking to build our Marketing Sciences discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better will be critical for success.Responsibilities
- Working with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional partners to publish and market TikTok Measurement Analysis
- Landing within Marketing Science and promoting new 3rd party measurement partner integrations
- Launching and Supporting upstream initiated by TikToks Global Business Service Organization and/or Marketing ScienceQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Knowledgable across advertising measurement solutions including Performance Measurement, Lift and Econometric Modeling
- Experience publishing empirical measurement industry claims
- Direct experience in the launching and landing of measurement products
- Willingness to do hands on keyboard strategic analysis and project managementPreferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Commerce and Retail platforms
- Business Analytics background with experience in data visualization
