- Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively (brochures, data sheets, presentations etc)
- Deploy social media strategies on a weekly basis
- Organise and manage events, shows and exhibitions
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Ensuring digital presence through: video, web, social media, e-commerce
- Ensuring traditional presence through: print, PR, events
- Sourcing suppliers from merchandise & printing to external service providers
- Uphold & champion brand guidelines for internal & external comms
- Deliver all high-profile communications when required for key stakeholders
- Liaise with external agencies to manage projects and priorities
- Manage on-line platforms (eg Lead Forensics & BIP Solutions)
- Take ownership of awards, memberships & accreditation bodies
- Ensure all sites are up and running effectively & monitor daily leads
- Management of the CRM
- Hold at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
- Have experience in Management

- Skills in IT and Social media
- Numeracy skills - Budgeting

- Knowledge of PPC & SEO strategy
- Experience in creative suite (In-design, Illustrator, Photo-shop)
- Prior background in composites
- An understanding of Word Press & Shopify
- Familiarity with undertaking market research/market mapping
