- Manage divisional web page content to ensure positive user experience and high-quality content.
- Create engaging web, social, and digital content with compelling imagery and video assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to develop strategic divisional marketing plans.
- Use Dynamics and group-supplied materials to execute email campaigns as per the marketing plan.
- Utilise group systems and suppliers to book media and create collateral according to site marketing plans.
- Input and maintain media and creative costings on the divisional marketing plan.
- Analyse web page and campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Attend monthly marketing meetings, issuing minutes and updating plans as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales team, agencies, and Regional Marketing Manager.
- Assist in delivering divisional PR plans and support site marketing initiatives and Show Home launches as needed.
- Attend site visits as required to support marketing performance.
- Ideally possess a marketing qualification, though training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Demonstrated pro-active attitude and eagerness to learn are paramount.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of IT literacy, capable of learning and utilising various IT systems.
- Proficient in copywriting and verbal communication, with a creative mindset and analytical capability.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
- Willingness to adapt to change and embrace new working methods.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies.
- A competitive salary ranging from £33,000 to £38,000 per annum
