- Arrange transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for individual and/or group travelers
- Review client preferences and budget to ensure you can create a trip designed to meet their needs
- Provide suggested budgets for clients when needed
- Address issues that may arise during booking and/or client travel
- Open communication with clients before, during, and after travel
- Maintain client files
- Create promotional material to market and advertise travel specials
- Participate in ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
- Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become acquainted with specific destinations
- Stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry
- Monitor travel restrictions
- Follow all company procedures and policies

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a computer or smartphone with Internet access

- Personal travel experience a plus but not required
- Experience in customer service or hospitality a plus but not required
