As a Clinical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations within the clinic, and assisting medical professionals with patient management.The Clinical Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive patient experience by obtaining patient information, providing guidance on clinic procedures, and assisting with minor diagnostic procedures and equipment sterilization. Successful candidates will exhibit a proactive approach to ensuring excellent patient care and have experience in clinic administration. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally, creating a positive experience. Assist patients with check-in procedures and obtain necessary personal and health information, preparing patient files. Maintain accurate patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes. Perform minor diagnostic tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals. Promote patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in examination and procedure rooms. Mediate between patients and healthcare providers as needed. Guide patients through the clinic's various facilities and procedures. Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms. Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas. Additionally: Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely patient flow. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. Order, receive, and manage stock, including medical supplies and office equipment. Handle billing processes and assist with insurance-related inquiries. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.   • Answer phone calls, receive customers, inform or orient customers
  • Perform money transfers between safe and cashier's desk/cash register
  • Schedule appointments according to person's medical needs, type of intervention, urgency; inform the doctor
  • Assist doctor with specific technical actions: echography
  • Advise patient on administrative procedures (compile files, fill in forms...)
  • Create or update medical/administrative dossier of patients - show them to waiting/treatment/examination room/cubicle
  • Register, sort and stamp correspondence
  • Monitor access and movement (circulation) of persons within the organisation - check sites and rooms.
  • Take telephone calls. Pass on calls to the desired interlocutors. Take messages
  • Inform persons or refer/accompany them to the desired interlocutor, department or place
  • Welcome people and identify their demands
  • Copy, classify, type documents and do their layout
  • Advise and assist interlocutors with regard to daily administrative tasks
