- Establish, maintain, and manage project work plan, monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress. This role will primarily support the Insurance and Real Estate channel.
- Assist business owners to define project scope and requirements.
- Define actions/owners/deliverables clearly to meet product/project dates and cost budgets.
- Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, measure deliverables to schedules, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity.
- Coordinate with external vendor relationships (Affinity partners, OEMs and BPO's) as related to project scope.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, and constantly monitor and present reports on project progress, quality assurance, problems, and solutions to all stakeholders.
- Manages each project through all phases of the project management cycle, requirements, design, development, implementation, and post implementation phases.
- Responsible for communicating project key objectives, critical path milestones, and overall project status to management.
- Provides regular communication and project status updates to project teams, stakeholders, and vendors/consultants throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of project status, and/or issues
- Ensures that there is a detailed implementation plan for each project production installation, monitors compliance with the defined plan, and monitors the project for post-implementation issues.
- Facilitates a formal project closure by holding a formal Lessons Learned session, documenting the results, and ensuring continuous improvement efforts are realized.
- Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- 5+ years of project management experience in at least one of the following areas: product development and lifecycle management, business process optimization, strategic business consulting, capital project management, and operations optimization.
- Business Analytical Experience (Advanced Excel) strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of Project Management Software (Workfront and/or Monday.com is a plus) and Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to produce clear project plans with milestones, resources, and schedules.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Solid analytical and strategic capabilities and business acumen along with demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct and appearance.
- Ability to produce and present clear, concise, and professionally written communications and presentations.
- Ability to establish and follow an implementation methodology and produce high quality work-product.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or assignments concurrently.
