Technical Sales Engineer Semiconductor IP&E - ToulouseJob Description:Arrow Global Components Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and self-confident individual to join the External Sales team built of 10 people. The main focus of the role is to find new customers (80%) and maintain relationships with current clients (20%). The position will be remotely based in - Toulouse area.What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Take ownership of some existing accounts.
- Exceed profitable sales objectives through demand creation.
- Frequently visit customers to develop relationships at all levels.
- Maximize Arrow design-in profile by responding to customer engineering and financial careabouts.
- Meet suppliers and position their key technologies at customers' using a challenger mindset.
- Manage all resources to grow the business with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, Asset and Suppliers.
- Understand and promote Arrow's supply chain solutions.
- Previous experience working in Electronic Distribution, Manufacturer, EMS or OEM
- Semiconductor / IP&E knowledge
- Degree or Equivalent in the Technology discipline
- Technical Selling Mindset
