Design and execute communication and social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
Create a publication calendar and optimize content posting times.
Work with marketing platforms such as SOCi or equivalents.
Able to respond to Google Reviews and social media platform reviews.
Generate engaging content text, images, videos for social media accounts.
Respond promptly to follower comments and questions.
Organize virtual or inperson events to build a brand community.
Encourage participation through surveys and interactive activities.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and communications teams for consistent messaging.
Stay informed about company products and communicate updates.
Monitor social media metrics and provide performance reports.Requirements
Must be able to work fulltime from Monday to Friday.
Speakwrite in English professionally.
Speakwrite in Spanish professionally.
2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
Love and feel passion for graphic design.
Very organized and attentive to details.
