- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired cruise destinations.
- Research and recommend cruise itineraries, ships, and cabin options based on client preferences and requirements.
- Assist clients with booking their cruise vacations, including securing cabins, arranging transportation to and from ports, and coordinating any additional amenities or special requests.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new cruise offerings, and promotions to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings using our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the cruise to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for clients.
- Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly with cruise lines, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and online booking platforms.
- Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create unforgettable memories.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Minimum age of 18 and authorization to work in the specified location.
