- Negotiate repayment plans and terms with customers to facilitate debt resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and progress.
- Follow company protocols and compliance guidelines for debt collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement strategies for improving collection efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or inquiries.
- Minimum of 2 years of collections experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficient in debt collection laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial information.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Proficient in using collection software and CRM systems.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
