Job Summary:
Classic Ford - Shelby is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team in Shelby, North Carolina. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our top-of-the-line Ford vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry with a competitive salary and benefits package.Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $20,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience)
Pay Frequency: Semimonthly

1. Promote and sell Ford vehicles to potential customers.
2. Greet and assist customers in the showroom, provide vehicle information, and conduct test drives.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
4. Maintain a strong knowledge of Ford products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor’s products.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and meet individual targets.
7. Complete all sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
8. Assist in organizing and maintaining the showroom, ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed and in pristine condition.
9. Participate in training and development programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
10. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent education
2. In-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and features.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
5. Proficient in using technology and software for sales presentations and transactions.
6. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
7 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
8.
