- As a Customer Service Specialist-Social Media on the Patient Support Team, you will serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, primarily monitoring and replying to first-party social media channels as well as answering emails and phone calls ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will support patients by investigating and resolving issues and complaints and ensure compliance with quality documentation.

- You have 2+ years' experience in customer service and call center environments and experience with social media platforms.
- You are proficient in using MS Windows, internet browsers (Edge, Chrome), Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams,) and can troubleshoot internet/Wi-Fi, VPN, and other technology independently.
- You have an Associate's degree or relevant training/background experience, possessing excellent English language verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
