Now, we're on the lookout for a Marketing Communication Specialist with a love for all things social media to join our team.Having welcomed several new companies into our fold, we're now building a Group Content and Campaign team that's all about delivering scalable GTM programs and campaigns that drive brand reputation and business growth.Your mission will be to to unite diverse social media initiatives under one strategic vision, spearheading scalable campaigns that builds brand reputation and business expansion. Central to our mission is the integration of social media initiatives, harmonising diverse voices into a cohesive narrative that resonates with our audience and drives sustainable growth.In this role you will also be responsible for day to day communication needs supporting our local markets in different ways.Core responsibilities:You'll be the driving force behind our social media strategy taking into account our local markets. You'll develop and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedInYou'll create eye-catching content that stops scrollers in their tracks, from compelling captions and catchy hashtags to stunning visuals and engaging videos.Your content will reflect our brand's personality and values while sparking conversations and driving engagement.Building meaningful relationships with our audience is your bread and butter. You'll monitor our social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.You'll track and analyze key performance metrics across our social media channels, providing insights and recommendations to optimize our strategy and maximize content goals.You'll also keep a close eye on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.You'll develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures a steady stream of fresh and relevant content across all our social media platforms.Required qualifications:Strong experience (ideally 2+ years) in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a global environment.A passion for all things social media and a deep understanding of platform best practices, algorithms, and trends.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platformsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinking and exceptional writing skills with a flair for crafting engaging and shareable content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Preferred qualifications:
  • A keen eye for design, with basic graphic design and video editing skills preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree a plus).

Location: May be based in the following locations where Mercell has a legal entity such as Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark and Finland
