- The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for Kursi Investments Limited.
- This role will involve leading the contract bidding and negotiation process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead the contract bidding process, including the preparation of proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business development activities and company objectives.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and goals.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Develop and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international markets, with experience in sourcing and closing business deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Experience in contract bidding and negotiation, preferably in the mining industry or related sectors.
- Membership of any relevant professional body is an added advantage.
