Customer Service Representative- Trabajo REMOTO

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and improving the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English - C2+ level
• Debt defense experience is required.
• Experience in working with remote teams is a plus.
• Must have your own computer and good internet connection.
