- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards across all departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Support the creation and control of quality processes, procedures, and standards.
- Verify the effectiveness of quality processes according to internal and customer requirements.
- Monitor, record, and report on quality and business control matters to support team delivery against targets.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer and team on operational quality matters.
- Contribute to regular quality review meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Manage supplier qualification and release processes, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop business continuity plans.
- Organize and perform internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.
- Provide GxP training to the team and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Manage document management processes, including Good Documentation Practices and Technical Quality Agreements.
- Handle non-conformities, including review, CAPA creation, and effectiveness review.
- Ensure continuous improvement procedures are followed and support quality-related CI activities.
- Supervise adherence to GxP quality systems and GDP guidelines.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance with customer quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- X years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Proven track record in supplier management, risk assessment, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train team members effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with regulations.
