- Administrative support including filing, scanning, sharing documents with the team and 3rd parties;
- Drafting letters, notices, orders, statements, translations;
- Preparation of annual service charge reconciliation;
- Checking incoming payments, communication with internal financial department, vendors and clients.
- Close liaison with the finance department regarding any accounting issue, late payments, invoice recognition, new vendor introduction, etc.
- Opex budget administration, preparation of overviews and comparisons
- Capex budget, contracts and orders administration, its set up in the systems
- Administration of specific data in facility management tool, data verification internally and externally
- Verification of data at the request of the company.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks daily with efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially MS excel
- Analytical thinking, focus on details, experience with working with larger excel spreadsheets.
- Communicative, responsible, punctual
- Active driver (the office is located close to city of Senec in Prologis Park Bratislava)
