Join the Authorization, Authentication & Auditing (AAA) Platform Team and contribute to the operation, maintenance, and development of our Cloud-Native Access Management Platform. Our platform focuses on providing a reliable, scalable, secure, and easy to use authentication and authorization services, that opens the REWE environment to a state-of-the-art technology stack. Your daily work contributes significantly to the security of our IT landscape and provides our international employees with secure access to use numerous applications.Job Description
- Work as a senior developer within an agile developer team to build scalable authentication and authorization services
- Develop, maintain and enhance of a self-service platform which is used by other development teams to manage their own authentication resources
- Maintenance and technical support of the identity provider (Keycloak)
- Manage technical dependencies between different identity providers within the IT group environment
- Tackle complex technical authorization and authentication challenges within a cloud environment
- Integrate new developed products as well as third-party applications via standard authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, etc.)
- Support other software developers in the use of our services and in the allocation and assignment of special privileges
- Several years of experience as a software developer that understands how to build infrastructure as code
- Solid background working within a cloud native environment
- Professonal experience with key technologies such as Java, Springboot, GoLang, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, Angular
- Hands-on experience with authentication standards and technologies such as JSON Web Token (JWT), OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, TOTP, Active Directory
- Experience with Keycloak would be an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge with IAM best practices and procedures such as SSO, identity federation, multi factor authentication, privileged access management and provisioning
- Understand the needs of the end-users who utilize our services and be capable of enabling solutions that meet both, our high security requirements as well as being user friendly
- Ensure the maintenance of our AAA services. Troubleshoot, support our end-users, resolve system incidents, and do changes, as required
- Very good comprehension as well as communication and team player skills
- Self-responsibility, organizational and coordination strength
- Good level of written and spoken English
