- In your responsibilities, you will handle your own client files and be asked to advise them on their activities as their main counselor, by answering their questions regarding their entities but more specifically by offering real support on their transactions.
- Additionally, you will be in charge of drafting the legal documentation related to your clients’ needs with regard to mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings, contracts and agreements.
- You will conduct legal monitoring to remain updated on applicable laws and regulations.
- We are looking for a candidate that has acquired an experience of at least three years of within a law firm in Luxembourg, in the Corporate/M&A department.
- For this position, you need to be fluent in English as you will join an international environment with mostly English-speaking clients and lawyers.
- You should also have excellent knowledge of the regulatory environment in Luxembourg and Corporate Law. You are ideally a registered lawyer with the Luxembourg Bar on List I.
- You have an eye for detail and are organized, which will support your professional growth and collaboration with the firm.
