ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Support the creation and curation of engaging content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Help manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to contribute ideas for new strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Learn to manage social media advertising campaigns, including assisting with budgeting, targeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in cultivating relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to expand our brand reach and engagement.
  • Support the development of social media policies, guidelines, and best practices to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all channels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects as needed.
SKILLS & DUTIES
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evening and weekend events

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • 1-2 Years of previous social media content development and posting experience preferred.
