- Partnering with hiring managers and hiring teams to identify manpower requirements, planning and budgeting.
- Taking ownership and executing full-cycle recruitment, selection, offer management and onboarding processes through multiple sourcing channels and utilising various tools to attract talented candidates.
- Managing the top of the funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to ensure a continued pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Providing advice on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback.
- Supporting Recruitment and Employer Branding Initiatives in the country with both relevant internal and external parties e.g. Creating online Portfolio, Seminar Arrangement, Event Management, etc.,
- Raising brand awareness in social media and online platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree in Any field.
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in all experiences about HR.
- Proficient in English for frequent communication with regional collaborators.
