- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business unit objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability targets.
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, sales, and operations initiatives.
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and distribution channels.
- Monitoring and evaluating business performance metrics, KPIs, and financial indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team to drive success and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Science / Medical technology or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical device industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and industry trends in the medical device sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant business software applications.
- Very Good in English.
