Business Unit Manager (Medical Device)

• Bachelor's degree in Science / Medical technology or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical device industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and industry trends in the medical device sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant business software applications.
• Very Good in English.
