-Achieving and exceeding the sales target.
-Seeking for opportunities to develop new customers, as well as maintaining good relationship with existing customers. (New customer 20%, existing customer 80%)
-Monitoring competitors, consumers and market situation, and analyses to develop sales & marketing plan and strategies to achieve set target.
-Negotiate with customers to get more benefit for both customer and company as well.
-Manage and coach sales and marketing team to proceed jobs to support sales and marketing strategies effectively.
-Conduct yearly evaluation and target setting of the sales and marketing staff members.
-Report directly to Managing Director【Qualification】
- 30 - 35 years old, female only
- At least 7 years sales experience in cosmetics industry (in modern trade & FMCG in vendor role)
- Has basic knowledge and experience in Marketing.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good command in English【Allowance & Benefit】
-Basic & total salary: 50,000 - 60,000 THB

Mon-Fri 9.00-17.30
