Senior Manager - Engineer Facility Management

• Taking charge of and cultivating operational units within Engineering Services.
• Ensuring alignment of the business plan, strategic direction, and fiscal budget with hospital objectives.
• Spearheading efforts to maximize productivity, ensure patient safety, and maintain the highest standards in Building Operations.
• Fostering staff engagement and promoting ongoing development within the Engineering Services team.

• A bachelor's degree based in Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration/Eengineering will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience at the managerial level in a publicly recognized company.
• Very good skill in building operation, maintenance, and engineering and understanding of building infrastructure and technology.
• Possessing leadership skills and ability in good decision making in both technical and business.
• Literate in computer skills both hardware and software i.e. AutoCAD, Microsoft project.
• Good command of English both speaking and writing.
