Work as a team with colleagues in Sales and Product Line(s) to propose value added services and solutions to existing and new potential customers.
Accountable for SEA Service budget, Service Engineer(s), Service Centre(s) Utilisation rate and policy recommendations and implementation.
Maintain good relationships with key end users and maximise company Service Portfolio with end users on Shutdown Planning and Shutdown Management.
Oversee and provide operational framework as well as guidance based on service strategy.
Propose plans to improve service performance, through reviews of current performance and recommendations for improvements.
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of service employees to ensure performance against the agreed service standards.
The Successful Applicant
Relevant educational background such as bachelor's degree in engineering.
At least 8 years of experience in the field of flow control and couple years of management experiences, especially for Oil & Gas industry.
Ability to keep relationship with customer in various situations.
Passion for applying world-class technology to our customers' benefit.
Knowledge of our customers' processes and/or flow control / valve technology are considered as an advantage.
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel
