- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Good command of English (TOEIC850 or above) and Japanese (N2 or above)
- Good in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Planning skills and presentation skills
- Research and investigative skills in related industries
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management or PMO
- Experience in the consideration, planning, and execution of new business ventures in their own or other companies (including experience in startups)
- Experience in business process reformation or change management
