- Work closely with HRBP manager to responsible for all training activities and development requirements and queries within the organization and followed corporate policy
- Regularly engage with the external service providers to shortlist new development interventions to support the workforce transformations as defined in the people strategy.
- Assist the HR Business Partner in organizing and preparing materials, equipment, schedules, and attendee lists to ensure the smooth execution of the development program.
- Monitor and maintain proper documentation related to Department Of Skill Development
- Assist in managing the onboarding process, development facilitation, and documentation tasks.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of orientation /onboarding material and ongoing development programs and surveys during the probationary period.
- Assist in monitoring the performance appraisals setting
- Monitor on the progress of development and enhancement programs
- Lead a meeting of a happy committee team to gain initiative ideas for monthly employee engagement activities.
- Lead an on-time and in full execution of the Employee Engagement activities and including ad-hoc activities as deemed appropriate.
- Coordinate with the administration team to plan and procure necessary equipment, secure suitable locations, and arrange catering for seamless event execution.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HR generalist , People Development, People Engagement.
- Strong Working knowledge of HR principles processes and best practices
- Knowledgeable employee development programs are preferable.
- Able to communicate in English in both writing and speaking.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently, including collaborating with several teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, Complexity, and High pressure.
- Possess “can do” attitude, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
