Head of Construction & Design - Industrial & Residential Projects

• Being responsible for all property projects of the company; expansion, renovation, new building, and property maintenance for both industrial and residential projects.
• Supervising a team of over 10 direct subordinates (Construction, Design, and Maintenance).
• Handling construction and design projects for the company Head office in Bangkok, the plant in Prachinburi, and warehouses throughout the country, as well as residential projects under the company's properties.
• Taking the role as one of the key players in construction & design and reporting directly to the Operation Director (MD of the Plant).
• Overseeing and managing the vendors, suppliers, and contractors in terms of cost, timing standard, and quality of work.
• Cooperating with internal Business Units; office, plant, warehouse, procurement & purchasing, and others in order to run and accomplish the projects smoothly.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety and Environment requirements in accordance with ISO 14001-2004, as well as Energy Saving policies, and, keeping up-to-date on law & regulations associated with construction, EIA, and related issues.
• Providing consultative solutions, advice, and guidance to the Management team and BU Heads on matters of Construction & Design for the company's growth in the future.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction & design for both industrial, commercial and residential projects.
• Academic background in Civil Engineering and Professional Civil Engineer Certified is essential.
• Must be able to be based in Bangkok (3 days), Prachinburi (2 days), and traveling to visit sites upcountry from time to time.
• Experience in senior managerial level/team management of at least 5 years.
• Experience in industrial food and beverage projects is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Mature, strong leadership skills, with solid technical and project management abilities.
