Position Summary:Responsible for Finance, and planning of Straumann Thailand legal entity. Being an integral part of the local management team, the incumbent is required to have solid business partnership skills, and proven track record in managing Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis for a multinational company. Leadership skills is also essential to develop high performance teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a business partner for the country leader, support to develop strategies, manage execution and measure results
  • Translate business strategies and financial targets into actionable goals for leaders of different functions within the organization
  • Articulate business results to audience at different levels
  • Solid understanding on business and ability to highlight potential risks and opportunities for local leadership team based on analytics, interpretation of financials and metrics
  • Liaison with European based HQ and APAC team on local business issues
  • Assimilate financial and non-financial information to influence short, medium and long range decision making
  • Drive the growth of business through accurate forecasting and insightful analysis.
  • Lead the development and preparation of 5 year strategic financial plan, annual operating budget, and monthly financial forecasts
  • Analyze country financial performance, support commercial leaders drive revenue growth, optimize distribution channels, OPEX control and tracking, improve margin and productivity.
  • Data analysis and develop Power BI report presenting business result.
  • Perform ROI analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Responsible for accounting and reporting for local entity, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and Straumann Group standards
  • Partnering transition of Thailand Finance and Accounting Finance function to APAC Finance Shared Service team.
  • Closely work with FSS (Finance Shared Service Team) to manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledge
  • Ensure timely close for month end, quarter end and year end
  • Prepare financial reports to meet requirements at all levels
  • Work with external auditors on internal control audit and annual audit as required
  • Responsible for statutory tax filing
  • Manage net working capital and cash flow forecast.
  • Project management such as order to cash process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in finance management role for manufacturing and commercial operations within a sizeable multinational company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA strongly preferred
  • Strong business partner with strategic thinking and data driven analytical skills
  • Demonstrated history of driving processes improvement
  • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills, be able to partner people at all levels in the organization
  • Self-motivated, driving for results
  • ERP system SAP, Power BI, Citrix experience strongly preferred
  • Power user of Excel, proficient in MS Office Word and PowerPoint
