Anew Dimension is a nationally accredited (NAEYC), arts focused, early childhood education program serving 85 children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. We are a diverse staff that serves a diverse population of children and families, working towards Social Justice and Equity.RequirementsThis full-time position is responsible for the daily planning and implementation of the curriculum, communication with parents and coworkers as appropriate, and the supervision of preschool children, 3 ½ to 4 ½ years old in a safe and fun environment. Class size 14 children, classroom ratio 7:1. Hours: closer 10:00 am to 6:00pm (some flexibility given)
Must be qualified by demonstrated knowledge, training, and experience to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. This will include, but not be limited to: experience working within a childcare or education setting, and strong interpersonal skills.
At least an AA degree in Early Childhood Education 1 to 2 + years of experience working with young children BA or BS degree in early education a plus Bilingual a plus but not required.
