- You will support a complex production flow through the manufacturing area based on effective machine utilization and product scheduling.
- You will evaluate, recommend, and implement complex equipment maintenance programs to ensure all production targets are achieved.
- You will participate in maintaining adequate spare part inventories and initiate stock replenishment programs as needed.
- You will support the planning and supervising the execution of contractor work orders in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- You will participate in supervising complex shipping of products, equipment, and supplies.
- You will support and maintain an efficient receiving system, including incoming inspection systems, to accommodate both present and future raw material receiving needs.
- You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the group to ensure a smooth workflow.
- You will ensure impact of decisions on business operations is direct and moderate.
- You will develop departmental budgets.
- You will perform work in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols.
- You will identify resource needs and suggest justification.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or advanced degree, where required. Certification may be required in some areas.
- You demonstrate a knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for supervised work group(s).
- You demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
- You have about 15-years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.
